ISO 9001:2008 is the standard that provides a set of standardised requirements for a quality management system, regardless of what the user organisation does, its size, or whether it is in the private, or public sector. It is the only standard in the family against which organisations can be certified.

As an ISO 9001:2008 accredited organisation all of the Cegos learning events are based on ‘best practice’, using the latest relevant learning techniques delivered by experienced trainers. Cegos was recently re-audited and re-accredited under ISO 9001:2008 with no non-conformances. ISO commended Cegos for 'living the spirit' of  the ISO process quality, which impacts all operational processes within our business including how we manage our clients and consulting / training projects.

This ISO 9001:2008 accreditation provides clients with the reassurance that Cegos has tested procedures to manage large projects and respond to varied client requests in a way that maintains client satisfaction, builds trust and achieves mutually rewarding partnerships.

The ISO accreditation looks at;

  • Trainer guide: this guide is very comprehensive and ensures appropriate learning processes are applied and learning goals achieved
  • Evaluation: Analysis of delegates’ evaluation after each session leads to continuous improvements
  • Review: Each trainer has regular reviews with the Project Manager to discuss

Training programme / learning goals

  • Validation process during the design phase: skills gap analysis, dry run, pilot, pre and post-training skills assessment and trainer’s guide
