For more than 10 years the Cegos Group has been a pioneer of multimedia solutions aimed at enriching traditional face-to-face learning methods, i.e. in a classroom with a trainer.

 

Strong demand from employees for blended learning


The 2010 study by the Cegos Observatory on ’Training methods in Europe‘ has shown that learners are asking for the development of new technologies in training. 83% of UK employees want more training courses combining classroom and distance learning. We are firmly of the belief that it is by intelligently mixing these different learning methods that we will make training more effective and also more accessible.

 

Our solution


Global Learning by Cegos is grounded in the reality of the business challenges learners actually face, every day.


With 26 programmes available in up to seven languages, Global Learning by Cegos alleviates the need and cost of redeveloping, translating and localising learning activities. A typical program consists of two days of face-to-face training, five e-learning modules plus a comprehensive self-assessment of knowledge and skills prior to, and following, the learning activities. This event can be managed by our online Learning Management System (LMS), or it can sit on your own LMS or intranet, whichever you prefer.
