Francis Marshall - Biography
Francis Marshall, Managing Director, Cegos UK
Francis joined Cegos UK in 2001 and was promoted to the role of Joint Managing Director in 2003 and Managing Director in 2008. In addition to his responsibilities as MD, Francis is an NLP practitioner and is active as a senior level consultant within the fields of Sales, Management, Leadership and Cultural Awareness.
Prior to joining Cegos, Francis worked for over 20 years for Barclays Bank in a wide variety of management roles. Starting out as a customer manager, Francis went on to cover all aspects of financial services from business management to sales and operations. In his position as Assistant Operations Director, he was responsible for heading-up a team of over 4,500 people and budgets in excess of £150 million.
