People Management Finds Biggest Skills Shortages in Management
Research by People Management has found that the UK’s biggest skills shortages are in management, with half of UK organisations claiming to struggle with gaps in expertise at a management level.
The research also shows that while most organisations (81%) are experiencing skills shortages in general, many HR departments are failing to tackle the problem effectively with only 20% of respondents saying they have a talent management programme in place.
