This training explores the model “emotion–balance–performance” to escape from the vicious circle “stress-emotion-conflict.” This programme simultaneously combines three dimensions into one global model in blended format.

4. Understanding and expressing your anger positively

  • Identifying and understanding the source of anger
  • Dealing with your own anger
  • Dealing with anger in others

 

5. Controlling your emotions

  • Understanding why self-control is vital
  • Using tools for managing emotions
  • Using positive thinking
