During 2011 Cegos UK undertook a survey of Training and Development activity for all the Fire and Rescue Services in England. From the information gathered we now have a better understanding of the challenges you will be facing in the coming years.
We have used this information to identify how we can develop and maintain a mutually beneficial way of continuing to provide the same high quality of delivery you have become accustomed to, whilst helping to reduce future spend on the necessary Management Development programmes.
