Why this programme?
This programme has been specifically developed for the Middle Management section of the IPDS development model by mapping across the relevant IPDS modules and the National Occupational Standards. On completion of this programme students will have a recognised management qualification at Level 5.

This five-unit modular programme is delivered through a mix of tutor lead experiential workshops (15 days in total) plus pre and post unit reading and research.
