Why this programme?
This programme has been specifically developed for managers and individuals whose responsibilities include developing and/or coaching others. It has been linked to the relevant competencies of the IPDS modules and the National Occupational Standards. On completion of this programme students will have a recognised qualification at Level 5.
Structure
We firmly believe that flexibility is key. This programme is delivered through a mix of tutor lead experiential workshops (6 days in total) plus pre and post workshop reading, research and a series of ‘coaching sessions’. This ensures flexibility for the Brigade as well as to individuals, to fit in with other commitments.
