Programme overview
This programme has been split into 6 units delivered over a period of time to suit the needs of the Organisation and the individuals attending the programme. Each module has been developed and mapped to the National Occupational Standards in Leadership & Management.
To achieve accreditation participants will have to complete 180 guided learning hours. This will be through a mix of tutor lead experiential workshops and pre and post course reading, research and questionnaires.
