Choose your venue and date
Many people are occasionally required to make formal and informal presentations as part of their role. It can be a daunting experience for those who have not learned the techniques, yet the successful delivery of information in this way can be a rewarding and powerful means of informing and influencing others. An effective presentation will lead to belief in the message and enhance the presenter's professional credibility. However, fluent and persuasive delivery does not usually come naturally.
This programme assumes that participants have little or no previous experience of standing up and speaking in front of an audience. It therefore builds confidence through an understanding of the key principles involved, and provides the opportunity to apply them in practice.
