04/01/2018
Asia’s premier HR organisation – Human Resources – has awarded Cegos Asia Pacific with Best e-learning and Mobile Learning Provider at their Vendor of the Year 2017 ceremony, in Singapore. We took home the prestigious Gold award in recognition of how Cegos is leading the industry in transforming learning for the digital era. Judges were particularly impressed with our GetSmart app, as well as our expansive e-learning catalogue, available in several languages across multiple devices, and built with today’s learners in mind. The GetSmart app is all about learning and development at the point of need, helping managers and teams to connect, learn and engage on the go. The app has proven to be a real motivator for its users, providing micro-learning that backs up face-to-face training, along with measurable coaching opportunities and a link to ongoing performance management. A first for the learning and development industry, this unique solution blends several tools in one app, focusing on personal development, socialised learning and performance.Judges commended Cegos for neatly aligning learning requirements with the business needs of clients. They recognised that Cegos’ digital learning platforms are genuinely innovative, offering clients “a way of knowledge-sharing, performance enhancement and better stakeholder management,” and are “meaningful, customisable and motivational to provide learning on the go.”Jeremy Blain, regional managing director of Cegos Asia Pacific, said: “Cegos strives to transform people and businesses in brave, exciting ways, so we are thrilled to win Gold in the e-learning and mobile learning category. We invested a lot of money, energy and time building GetSmart. It’s great news that all our efforts have paid off, not just in terms of the award, but also by the way users of the app and e-learning modules have benefited so much.”The awards use a two-tier selection process, whereby judging for the more than 250 entries across 31 categories was done by an esteemed jury of 21 senior regional heads of HR from organisations across Asia. For more details on our e-learning catalogue and GetSmart app, contact us at learn@cegos.com.sg or call us on +65 6827 5632You can also find details on our website – www.cegos.com.sg -  along with much more on our corporate training programmes and the unique way we work with businesses across the globe.
