MyStory
MyStory immerses learners in the daily life of a professional in a new role.
This series of immersive e-learning videos follows the main character’s misadventures over several weeks and watches them reflecting on their performance. Learners identify with the main character and learn from their success and their mistakes.
2 seasons have been released: MyStory as a Manager and MyStory as a Senior Salesperson.
Each season includes several 10-minute episodes, presented in a 100% remote, flexible, and ready-to-use format.
Short, engaging and fast-paced episodes
Each MyStory episode is made up of short sequences, split into 4 stages:
Observing situations close to those experienced in professional life
Watching the characters reflect on their reaction/ performance to camera
Assessing the actions of the main character by selecting from a range of observations
Comparing their evaluation with that of an expert and reading further advice
At the end of the last episode, the learner can access:
- A quiz that validates their understanding of the episode
- Course notes to help them better retain and apply what has been learned
