And nowhere are those relationships more consistently important than in the workplace. Every single day, we talk to colleagues. We listen to colleagues. We send emails to colleagues, have phone conversations with colleagues, sit across from colleagues in meetings. Not just people we work directly with, but also potential clients, existing clients, partners, competitors, and other stakeholders in our working lives.

Who should attend?

Interpersonal excellence is a course that is aimed at managers and executives who want to make the most of all of those contacts – building on their own skills and attributes, establishing vibrant and useful networks, developing new ways to co-operate that will bring vast benefits to both the individual, and the business.

The course is a combination of a three-day classroom training element and e-learning modules both before and after, enabling delegates to prepare for the course, review what they’ve learned, and plan for what they need to do next.

It uses scientifically informed techniques, along with decades of real-life experience, to enhance understanding of the ways we can build relationships, influence others, motivate and lead. By looking at issues such as communication, body language, professional networks and personal strengths and weaknesses, delegates will come to a real understanding of the pillars of interpersonal excellence. They will learn through role-play exercises, workshops, case studies, peer coaching and many other engaging and useful techniques – all cemented by e-learning modules that are made available for a whole year.
